Nicole Morell
Interior Decorator I am a dabbler in life but my love for design has been constant. As a freelance writer for Toronto Life and Report on Business magazines I wrote about the best home stores and design finds. I worked for Ikea, opened a kids' boutique, ran an AirBnB and was a project manager for a custom magazine publisher. When my daughter was born I created a nursery using flea market finds. Her baby room — which cost a grand total of $300 — was featured in the Style section of the Globe and Mail. Eventually I decided formal design training was in order and I graduated from an Interior Decorating program at George Brown College. I have since renovated and flipped a home (a 12-foot wide semi in the Corso Italia), remodeled bathrooms, kitchens and backyards, created retail displays and designed a 25-person office in a heritage building. I manage all projects with resourcefulness and an unwavering attention to detail. I believe a comfortable, beautiful home is one of life's great pleasures. No matter your style or budget my goal is the same: to make you LOVE your home. |
